🚚 Delivery Options
We currently offer two methods of getting your purchases within South Africa:
1. Local Pickup – Free
- Cost: Free
- Pickup Address:

Ferndale, Randburg, 2194
Gauteng, South Africa - Pickup Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
📌 Please wait for a pickup confirmation email before coming to collect your order.
2. Courier Delivery (via The Courier Guy)
- Delivery Area: South Africa only
- Shipping Cost: Starts from R105.00 and is calculated precisely at checkout based on the the final weight, dimensions, and your delivery distance. The final rate will be displayed before payment. (Rates are provided by The Courier Guy.)
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery Time: 1–3 business days (after dispatch) depending on your location. (Rural areas may take 1 extra day, as per The Courier Guy.)
- Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (Orders placed after this will be processed the next business day)

📦 Additional Shipping Notes
- A business day is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in South Africa.
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Randburg, Gauteng.
- Delivery times may be extended during high-demand periods or due to courier delays.
- We do not currently ship internationally.
